when he shall return the path to hell will open
in layers and layers we will destroy
shredding the of trees and utter destruction
nuclear wars, the cross upside down, the one eyes monster
will uproot their ways out .
a new species will erupt from the mountains
the rest well see and what happens about it

I like the concept very much. I'll admit the title attracted me first and upon closer inspection I liked what I saw.
That being said, I'll try to make this as objective as possible, separating myself from liking the piece in question.

The composition looks a little "crowded". What I mean is, it looks like you drew the baby's back first, and then filled in the negative space in a way that made it look squished together. A way to avoid this is to lay out everything the way you'd like to see it as a light sketch first, and try not to worry too much about the size of the paper. In other words don't be afraid if the objects on the paper leave the edges.

The shading is okay. You can tell one object from the next, and visually separate light from dark. I'm not really sure what is happening with the background, if it is supposed to look far away from the foreground or just a backdrop. I want to assume you wanted to make it look far away because of those geysers/volcanoes way over there. A lot of pencil and charcoal artists tend to layer 'atmosphere' over objects that are meant to be far away from the viewer. They either make them lighter or darker than the foreground, and in a sense "blurry" or muted looking. I think the image could benefit from making the furthest objects in the background darker to sort of blend them with the dark background. The circle on his head--is it supposed to be the moon or a halo? I thought it was the moon at first but shading appears inconsistent with the moon's surface. I think you could do more smooth shading around the edges to make it appear more halo-like.

The anatomy on the baby is a little off. It's not bad, just unusual in places. I will pardon that the infant appears to be dead flesh since that seems to have been your intention, and distortions as such are excusable for that appearance. The right arm is longer than the left, at the elbow. The skin around the buttocks looks oddly wrinkled, but again that could be an effect of necrosis. Did you use any kind of reference? There's zillions of pictures of babies on the internet, probably even dead cut up ones if you know where to look. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)" />

Overall I praise your originality in the image, but your technique could use some work. I hope I helped!
